THANKSGIVING MENU 

Turkey Roulade Meal
Sweet Potato Casserole - Uncover pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and hot.

Green Bean Casserole - Uncover pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Add fried onions to casserole and continue to cook for 5-7 minutes until onions are crispy, or until golden brown and hot.

Turkey Roulade - Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Uncover pan and add turkey broth. Cover with foil sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

Maple Bacon Brussels Sprouts - Uncover pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until hot and crispy.

Pull Apart Rolls with Herb Butter - Leave the butter out while heating your meal. Move bread to a lined baking sheet, bake at 350 degrees for 4-6 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve with butter.

Gravy - Transfer gravy to a sauce pan. Heat gravy on stove on medium low heat for 3-5 minutes, or until hot. Stir frequently while heating.

Mashed Potatoes - Uncover container and stir. Loosely cover container and microwave for 1 minute. Stir and continue to heat in 30 second increments until hot.

Kurobuta Ham Dinner
Kurobuta Ham - Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take ham out of packaging. Set ham, flat side down in a roasting pan or rimmed baking sheet. Place in the heated oven. Leave in oven until the ham reaches an internal temperature of 140°F when checked in the center of its thickest section. Do not overheat. Remove ham from the oven, cover loosely with foil and let it rest for 15 to 30 minutes. To slice ham find the bone, cut off large pieces and slice against the grain.

Nueske Honey Glazed Spiral Ham
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take ham out of packaging. Put ham on roasting pan or rimmed baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil. Heat ham in oven for 30-60 minutes until gently heated or until internal temperature reaches 120 degrees when checked in the center of its thickest section. Do not over heat. Ham Glaze - Leave glaze out at room temperature while heating ham. Pour glaze over heated ham. *This ham is uniformly spiral sliced to and around the bone for your serving convenience. To separate from the bone, use a tip of a knife to make a lengthwise cut between the slices and bone.

Cinnamon French Toast Brunch Casserole
Refrigerate immediately until ready to cook. Pour egg mixture into casserole the night before serving.
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Uncover container and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until egg is set and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Remove foil and return to oven for an additional 5-8 to allow brown sugar to caramelize. Let cool for 10 minutes. Top with berries & whipped cream.

Sausage & Cheddar Brunch Casserole
Refrigerate immediately until ready to cook. Pour egg mixture into casserole the night before serving.
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Uncover container and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until egg is set and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Remove foil and return to oven for an additional 5-8 to allow cheese to brown. Let cool for 10 minutes. Top with green onions.
