HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
*Please note that ovens and cooking times may vary. Please use our heating instructions as a general guide. Food (except for hams and beef wellington) should be fully heated through to 165 degrees, without overcooking.*
Nueske’s Spiral Boneless Ham – Preheat the oven to 325°F. Remove any netting. Place the ham in a roasting pan. Add ¼ cup of water to the bottom of the pan. Cover the ham tightly with foil. Heat for about 15–20 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 120°F. Brush with ham glaze when there is 10-15 minutes roasting time remaining.
Snake River Farms Kurobuta Ham – Preheat the oven to 325°F. Remove the ham from its packaging. Place the ham in a roasting pan flat side down. *Suggested heating time is 10 to 15 minutes per pound until heated through.* Heat until the ham reaches an internal temperature of 140°F in the thickest section. Brush with ham glaze when there is 10-15 minutes roasting time remaining. Remove the ham from the oven and cover it loosely with foil. Let the ham rest for 15–30 minutes. Slice the ham against the grain.
Beef Wellington – Preheat oven to 425F. Remove wellington from plastic wrap and place on a parchment or foil lined sheet pan. Lightly brush egg wash onto dough. Bake in oven for 40-45 minutes for medium rare (130-135F internal temperature). Allow to rest 10 minutes before slicing.
Bacon Wrapped Asparagus - Preheat oven to 400F. Cook uncovered for 20 - 25 minutes.
Social Roast – Preheat oven to 350F. Roast in oven for 30-35 minutes allowing bacon and brussels to crisp. Stir half way through. Sprinkle blue cheese on top if desired.
Green Bean Casserole – Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Uncover pan and heat in oven for 20-25 minutes. Take out of oven and stir. Add fried onions to top of casserole. Cook for 30 minutes until onions are crispy. Allow to sit for 10 minutes before serving.
French Crown Pull Apart Rolls and Herb Butter - Preheat oven to 350F. Remove lid from package and bake rolls for 7-10 minutes. Serve with herb butter.
Mashed Potatoes – Uncover container and cover mashed potatoes with a paper towel. Microwave for 4 minutes. Stir. Microwave for an additional 3 minutes, stir and allow to rest 2 minutes before serving.
French Toast Casserole - *Pour egg custard into casserole the night before serving and continue to refrigerate.*
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Uncover container and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until egg is set and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Remove foil and return to oven for an additional 5-8 to allow brown sugar to caramelize. Let cool for 10 minutes. Top with berries & whipped cream.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Uncover container and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 45-55 minutes minutes or until egg is set and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Remove foil and return to oven for an additional 5-8 to allow cheese to brown. Let cool for 10 minutes. Top with green onions.
